I still can't fix this problem and it is driving me crazy. I asked about this a while ago in THIS thread and I am up here for the day trying to get little issues with her computer but this problem continues.
I have done a repair install of XP and reapplied SP2 and I have done everything listed in the Microsoft Knowledge Base that was posted in the previousa thread.
Any help would be helpful as I do not want to make this 100 mile round trip again for something so stupid.
