i went to Ralphs during my lunch break and I got a bunch of tuna packets and pita bread.

i don't want to cook . i'm lazy.

i also got pringles and granola bars. and tang and some vodka. HAHAHAH

Ground beef in a cooler, make some burgers.
Pasta and jars of spaghetti sauce would work well too.

This is all providing that you've got a camping stove.

Step 1: Define camping.
RV, car+tent, or you have to carry all your stuff atleast 3 miles.

Yeah no canned foods if your backpacking in!!!!!!!!!😀

They have this pre-mixed pancake batter that comes in a squeeze bottle--pretty handy for pancakes when you're camping. What will people thin of next?

our camping definition:

daytime -- military simulation games.

nighttime -- hanging at the camp site and drinking beer. i want to have normal colon movement, so i want to avoid MRE's. ahhahaha

For daytime. Just go with sandwiches and either soda or juice box type drinks.
For night time, go with some brats, burgers, and beer. Can't go wrong with the three Bs.

Eat nothing but beef jerky and dried fruit for a couple of weeks.

I just want to see what kind of GI distress results.

MRE = Meals Ready to Eat. Basically dehydrated stuff the army uses and boyscouts sometimes too

When we go camping we bring along a grill or two and sometiems cook steaks or chicken, sometimes just burgers, brats, etc. You can always do the Potatoe in Tin Foil in the Fire thing too. You basically just need things that don't need to be put in a pot to cook unless you want to put the pot on the fire/grill and have to clean it later.

Breakfast is easy, just bring donuts or cook eggs or something like that. We normally do french toast and things just with a griddle on a grill.

But all in all, it just depends what you want to get out of it.

For no cleaning hassles, just wrap some veges w/ meat in aluminum foil. Start a fire, throw it in, 5 min and your down, pick it out and open.

Normally when I go camping every week end I stock up on the following (My Bus has lots of food storage areas plus a fridge) ;

Loyd's ribs
Real beef hot dogs
Angus burgers
Marshmallows, Graham crackers and Hershey bars
Bacon & eggs
Bread & rolls
Several cans of beans
Energy bars
Chips & dip
Soup (for those cold rainy days)

Plus all the condiments that go with the food.

Seeing that you are tenting, I would bring the following ;

Hot dogs
Hamburgers
Beans <---- help clean you out 😛
