Need Help - Dual Hyundai L90d+'s, Both dont work at same Time!!

PLEASE HELP....

Situation:
Prior to today my setup.

A Hyundai L90d+, and a Dell 21 inch CRT.
My x800 xt pe ran both of them perfectly fine.

So i got another hyundai l90d+ and i plugged it in in place of the dell 21 crt.
and nothign showed up on the screen
so i turned it off and back on again and only my original L90d+ showed windows.
so then i switched teh plugs and the screen shows up on my friends l90d+.
so i know that both work but i cant get it to work on both..

if your wondering
yes im not a noob and i tried enabling both through windows display properties like 20 times, and ATI catalyst. so

are both using DVI connection, or one on analog, one on DVI? If one is on analog, one on DVI, is the one on the analog set to look for an analog signal?
