Need Help! DPT SCSI RAID and Abit KG7

When boot the controller wont go into its bios setup. Just hangs. Is the only device attached to mobo other than the vid card. Would enter bios setup when card is put in a Dell system.

Dpt model # PM1564u3
Mobo is ABit kg7 with latest bios.
