Problem: My computer keeps freezing up and sometimes shutting down automatically. Am I having a power supply problem?

Power Supply: Deer LC-300ATX 300W (1 year old)

Software: Win98 SE
 
OC'd? Its hard to say with weird problems like that. Might try pulling everything out except essentials and then tryin it.

Also... Is your Power supply supported/recommended by AMD?
