Need help deleting stuff from IE5...help!

Ok, it's not nude pics of me or anything, but it is my password to e-mail accounts. It's stuck on that dropdown menu of recently typed stuff, ie username(accindetily typed it after username thinkng I hit tab while watching tv). How do I delete that stuff, as deleting history and temp files didn't do it?!?!?

Tools>Internet Options... \ Content \ AutoComplete... \ Clear Forms

Do you mean you typed your password into the loaction URL bar on accident??
If thats the case go into regedit and find the key HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\TypedURLS\
find the entry with your password in it and delete it
