Need help deleting files

Working from a clean install of Windows 7 on a C drive and I'm trying to delete some files off an E drive that has an old installation of Windows XP on it. Basically the E drive has a ton of things like MP3's, pics, movies, etc. I'd like to clean it up and I'm trying to delete the older folders I no longer need. Like /Windows, /Program Files, Etc.

Running as administrator I attempted to delete the windows subfolder and everything in it deleted with the exception of two files - Flash10a.ocx and FlashUtil10a.exe. I've tried several ways to delete them but keep getting messages telling me I need permission from s-1-5-21-117609710-261xxxxxxx-xxxxxxxxxxx-1004 to make changes to this file. These files aren't even registered in my clean install of Windows 7. They are remnants from an old XP install.

How can I delete these files?

I downloaded file assassin and it still doesn't delete the file. It will allow me to "Unlock" it but when i try to delete it i get "The file could not be deleted"

Might want to try a reboot then delete.
Try this one.

Dang I used to have a great tool for this but I can't remember what it was.

Tried a reboot and it did not work. SO I downloaded lockhunter as you described. When I selected the file it said "No any processes locking this file or folder have been found". And yes it said "No any" 🙂

However when I select delete I get "Can not delete file". WTF? lol
