It is asking for how long I have had continuous liability coverage. The options are as follows.

6 months continuous coverage with standard co(ther definition of a non standard company is this. "An insurance provider with underwriting standards that accept high risk drivers. High risk drivers are identified by their limited experience, failure to carry insurance in the past, or poor driving record. ", a standard company is just the opposite. But if I choose this option and then tell them my current carrier is allstate indemnity, they say that allstate is not a standard company.)

12 months continuous coverage in NW with Non Standard CO

12 months continuous coverage w/NW Non Standard w/ no claims

6 months continuous coverage with Non Standard CO w/BI >12.5/25

6 months continuous coverage with Non Standard CO w/BI <=12.5/25 and verafiable major HO

6 months continuous coverage with Non Standard CO w/BI <=12.5/25 and NO verafiable major HO

Then the last 2 options are for lapses which i never had, so I don't think they apply. What I have had is continuous liability for like 3+ years with BI of 12.5/25, through allstate indemnity who they say is non standard co. The only dings are 1 speeding ticket, so thats not really a claim right? I have no idea what this verafiable major HO is? What option do i choose? I ask because i got a nice quote from them online and then called to get the actual quote from an agent and they gave me much much higher numbers. And then I noticed depending on what I choose my rates can change although still not as much as they were quoting me. Any help is appreciated.

Okay I just ran a quote using one of the choices with the NW, it then said something abut choosing a non NW carrier and this choice not matching, so i think the NW probablly stands for nationwide.

So that pretty much limits my choices to the 2 options about BI <= 12.5/25, so basically I need to know what the heck a major verifiable HO is? The quote with verifiable is about 300.00 bucks less every 6 then with no verafiable.

I would stay away, I recall hearing bad stories about them. Particularly when paying out.

Really, my family used to have them and never had any problems till the agent started screwing crap up.
