Need help deciphering Exchange Email error message

I'm trying to contact someone from an auction I listed but it keeps bouncing back and I wanted to know if there was a way around it or if you could tell me what this message means.

That is the message I keep getting. This is irritating because this guy wants to buy some stuff from me on our favorite auction site but i can't seem to reply to his emails.

looks as if their main Exchange server is having issues communicating with the one he is on. It is getting to HP, though.

Do you think he's not able to receive emails from anyone outside the HP network/domain?

upon looking that error up, it seems to be a DNS problem within their WAN

There's an outage for that server right now -> XSD02, Users will not be able to connect to their mailboxes.
