Need help deciding which route to take

Ok, I own a shuttle and it has one AGP and one PCI slot. I want a video card, wifi card, and a sound card installed. SO, either the wifi card or the sound card has to be external (USB) and I need to decide which way to go. Should I have an external wifi card or an external soundcard. I'm guessing the sound card because the usb wifi adapters I have seen to not support 108mbps transfer ( i know I don't get these speeds but I don't want to go back to 54mbps). So what do you people think?

If you've got one of the newer shuttles, you can buy one of Shuttle's funky wireless thing which goes in a tiny hole near the PSU.

I have read up on one of those and people say that they don't work very well. It would fit in my case but it doesn't have a 108mbps transfer rate. I just need some opinions on which I should have, an external soundcard or an external wifi adapter. Which would be less taxing for my processor?
