need help deciding on a new board

looking to buy a new mother board.. im not too quite sure wat the best to get... im had the asus a8n-e... dfi ultra-d... msi k8n neo4... and now i have a jetway mobo.. not quite sure of the model but yeah its a micro atx... but anyways.. im looking to go back to standard ATX.. because im not ocing at much as im wanting.. im looking to do about 2.95ghz or so on my opteron 148 venus core... with a si-120.. and mostlikely i mah upgrade to gold edition ocz ram... but i was jus curious and one know wat the best choice to get for opteron processor...
