Need help deciding motherboard

Hi guys my motherboard - Asus M4N68T-M LE V2 Just stopped working i checked that from Computer repair guy he said mobo is dead have to buy new one. So i was searching for new motherboard for my CPU- AMD phenom ii x 2 560
Things needed -
1) It must be am3+ socket ( So i can upgrade later )
2) It must have Core unlocker ( My cpu unlocks to 3 cores )
3) It should have IDE connection because i have old harddisk which is still very fast and i use it as boot drive . I have second one which is SATA but unfortunately that drive is freaking slow so i will not use it as boot drive.

The Only problem i am facing is that I found many motherboards with am3+ and Core unlockers but i cant find IDE on them
I found Asus m5a78l-m usb3 But it doesnt has IDE otherwise its the best one i can get

So guys please help me to find something

Note : I dont want to change my cpu . It is pretty nice for casual daily web browsing etc.

AMD Phenom ii x2 560
corsair 4gb ram
Amd sapphire hd 6670 1gb ddr5
1 x sata hdd
1 x ide hdd

If a SATA drive is slower than an IDE drive, then there is a problem somewhere.

You need to ditch the IDE drive and upgrade.

However, there are PCI-E IDE port cards that allow you to add an IDE port to a mobo that does not have one.
