Need Help Deciding Between 2 Cards

Initially I was going to purchase a Geforce GTS 64 on e*bay, looking to spend less then a hundred. However I recently found a great deal IMO at newegg.com Its the MSI Geforce 2 Pro. Does anyone have any experience with the card or newegg? Also I saw a leadtek card there at a similar price. Which card is the best? Is this a good deal? Is there another site where I can that card or a similar card at a better price?

The cards are:

MSI StarForce 815 Pro, Geforce 2 Pro (NV16), 64MB 5ns DDR RAM, Heat Sink, High Quality Fan and 4 pins TV Out Cable 4X/2X AGP, bundled with 1 S-Video Cable, 1 MSI DVD & 3D Turbo 2000 Utilities, on board (S-Video) TV-out, Retail Box. Fedex Saver Shipping $4.00
$194 + Shipping($4)= 198

Leadtek Winfast Geforce 2 Pro GTS 64MB 5.5ns DDR RAM 4X AGP Video Card with TV Out-with 64MB 5.5ns DDR memory is running at standard 200/366 Mhz (Core/memory) speed. That translated to about 20% performance increase over the original GeForce2 GTS. 6-layer board. Retail Box. 3-Year MFR's Warranty
$207 for the card

Thanks in advanced

go for the card with the faster RAM

in this case, it looks like the MSI is the "winner"

MSI makes some darn good mobo's, I don't see why their video cards would suck.

of course, if the 2d sucks, then....

They don't really suck when it comes to 3D. I mean a MX card is a MX card, but the 2D was truely unbearable 🙁

I do agree though that they make awesome Motherboards 🙂
