Need Help deciding a motherboard for my new computer!

Hey guys... sofar i've decided on these specs.. please help me choose a good, very stable motherboard... with a lot of features.. thanks~

CPU: AMD64 3500 socket 939

PSU: Antec NeoPower 480W

Mem: Corsair XMS extreme memory speed series 1GB(512x2)

Heatsink/fan: Zalman CPU Cooler

i currently have radeon 9800 pro, so i see no reason to replace that yet... and i already have hard drives that i'm going to just transfer over... so please... give me as much advice as possible...

I was originally almost set on getting the MSI K8N Neo2... but i heard it takes a while to get it to being stable... so... i just want to be 100% sure before i go ahead and make a decision... thanks~

I'd go with the Epox 9NDA3J.

yeah... people have been recommending that too... is that much better than MSI? or are there any other suggestions?
