Need help dealing with watch scam.

I frequent a very good watch forum here

I just noticed that there is someone on ebay selling a watch that isn't his., The guy resides in singapore, and is trying to steal someones money (he's selling a VERY rare watch, and using pics/auction description copied from the owner of the forum's auction from awhile ago..)

Basically, if you have a minute, can you shoot this guy an email and let him know what you think?

I'd like to keep him from doing this over.. and over.. and over... as people are getting ripped off from watch sales in singapore (lot's of legitimate sellers reside in singapore as well..)
