Need help copying table in Microsoft word

The company I work for must put together treatment plans for children monthly for 70 children. These plans have 6 sections of goals listed in them. Currently staff must read through 6+ pages to read through all the goals. The actual goals may only be 1 or 2 lines. They are in a word document, but there are tables inside of the document. Each goal has its own table. 3 rows, 2 columns.

I am looking for a way to output the 6 tables to the last page of the word document. I need the last page to update everytime the goals get changed or updated. I know this is possible in excel with =C8😀10 or something similar. Is there any way to do this in Microsoft word?

Thanks for any help!

Would I have to use excel to do this? I did some searching but cannot figure out how to do it without excel. I want to be able to use just word.

You should be able to insert an Excel spreadsheet into the word document
