Need Help Converting Tower to Compact PC

I'm moving into a small space and I wanted to fit my current PC into a small media-PC case. I want to move all the parts into the new case, sans the motherboard and floppy. Here is what I'm working with:

Athlon 64 Processor 3500+
1GB RAM on 2 DIMMs
SATA Western Digital HD (Primary)
EIDE Western Digital HD (Secondary)
Pioneer DVD-106 DVD Drive (I could get rid of this right?)
Plextor DVD-R 712A
Radeon X800 Pro

Any reccommendations on a case or what I should do with this setup? Thanks for your help.
