Haha. True, but it answers another question I've always had which is how do I (now that I have this great rig I assembled) keep up to date with newer versions of all my components going forward... new mobos, best new memory manufacturers, best hdd brands, which psu to upgrade to, etc?
just come back in 2 years and we will help you

To answer your question, yes you can use your PSU. It automatically senses the input voltage and adjusts from there. All you need to do is to supply the appropriate power lead, anything with the standard C13 connector will work fine. The cable that mnewsham listed is fine, but you should also be able to pick up something similar once you get there.
