Need help coding a table cell rollover.

I have five table cells and I want each one to change color on a rollover, and each contains a link, but the link is always blue like a typical link and the font is the same. I want the table rollover, with my own font size and color and not that blue. Would this be a combo javascript and style commands? Let me know how you would go about doing this.
