Need help clearing all internet history.

Ok one of my friends is about to quit her job and needs to know how to clear everything that she has done on the internet at her job. She has already deleted all her cookies, what else can she do to get rid of most or all of the history. She is using Internet Explorer
 
I assume the company has Internet monitoring software installed so anything she did has already been recorded elsewhere.
 
I don't know why, I try to stay out of peoples business when it comes to stuff like this. I am pretty sure the company doesn't have any internet monitoring software, it is a small hair salon and she is a receptionist.
 
I was hoping there would be something to do in internet explorer so its not so suspecious, rather than running a program. I don't know much about IE, but I just looked and if she went to:

Tools>Internet Options>General, and clicked:

Delete Cookies, Delete Files, Clear Internet History, would that get rid of everything?
 
Or if there are any programs are there any that specialize in this type of thing rather than clearing the whole HDD or reformatting?
