I am building my Core 2 Duo system but because I live in Europe I have a limited choice. My retailer has only a few PSUs.

Hiper HPU-4K580

Sweex Alimentation 650 Watt Gold Big Fan

Zalman ZM460-APS

Antec Phantom 500 PEC

My system is a Core2 Duo E6400 w/ Asus P5B and a 7900GT, as well as 3 HDDs and 2 DVD+/-RWs so one of the things I need to know is if any of these will have a problem with all the rails and so on.

I apreciate all help

EDIT
Another option is if you know an online store that ships to "Mainland" Europe and has a high quality PSU you can recomend

Also I want to make sure my memory is ok...
PQI TURBO MEMORY 2X1G DDR2-667 PC5400 PQI25400-2GDB

Are 4-4-4-12 good for overclocking. I dont know much about the latencies and timings and so on...

Of that list the zalman, but if you can get the phantom then i'd look hard at the Neo HE 430W. Your machine is not going to be very power hungry at all.

The RAM looks alright to me.

If you can stick up the sites you might be buying from then we can look around for cheaper/better options (even if it is in dutch/french/spanish etc.)
