Well to stay within my budget for my new computer I can either get a better HSf (zalman 7000b+artic silver5) instead of the stock 3500 amd 64.

Or I can get higher quality ram (Corsair VS => OCZ (whatever it was called forget lol)).

Which would be better to get?
 
I am guessing you are overclocking? If so just go with the better RAM. You always buy a better HSF later, but RAM is expensive.
