Need Help Choosing VOICE RECOGNITION and NEWS EDITOR PROGRAMS.

I need help with 2 things please.

#1- Have any of you used any of the Voice Recognition software like "Naturally Speaking" or "Voice Express" or any others?? Which one would you recommend?? I need a program for my handicapped friend so he can write articles and reports using his voice, and I can edit them later.

#2- What "News Editor" would you recommend that is easy to use (so people don't need to know HTML), and easy to add to a website??

My friend has Dragon's Naturally Speaking and he is very happy with it... it takes a little time to tweak initially to get it working the way you want, but once that's over it works quite well... My friend even bought a wireless mic so he can walk around the room when he write his essays...
