Well i tried all the diferent bios last night and found that 1002 and 1003 (forgot about the 1003 bios hehe 
) dont freeze my system while defraging, but 1004 does. I tried it about 2-3 times with each bios to make its random or not and with 1004 it did it each while with 1002 and 1003 it didnt. So it seems 1004 has been my problem. So for now im gona stick with 1003 for now and watch my system carefuly. I havent used the other two bios long enough to say they fix my problem, but just that one problem being fixed by going to a dif bio is a good sign IMO.
