Can anyone give me some suggestions on a DVD player to buy to go with my 27" Sony wega?
I definitely want CD-R and MP3 playback.
I won't be getting HDTV for at least 5 years, so progressive scan is not necessary.
I guess component video would be good, but is that important with no HDTV?
And my last question is what kind of sound output should I look for, I don't know much about this, all I've heard of is Dolby Digital and DTS?
I've been looking at the Panasonic DVD-RV31K for $130 at amazon.com for starters. Is this a good value?
