Need help choosing dual motherboard

hello

I am wanting to purchase a dual-slot motherboard to run under Windows 2000. I don't need any overclocking as I will have the retail cpu's. Any reccomendations. It needs AGP support and at least 5 PCI. I already have SCSI cards and Harddrives so I don't need to worry about that. I would like room for 512megs of RAM, and it needs USB. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks
josh
