Need Help Choosing Case - 1st time build

This will be my first build. Have done some research. I'm definately going with an Antec case.

My two choices are between:

SLK2600AMB:
http://www.newegg.com/app/View...=11-129-117&depa=0

SLK1650B:
http://www.newegg.com/app/View...=11-129-150&depa=1

Price difference is negligible. The 2600 has a door which I prefer. But the 1650 has 350W PSU and 120mm fan compared to the 300W and 80mm fan on the 2600.

I will be running:
AMD Athlon 64 2800+
1 Gig of 3200 Ram
SOLTEK "SL-K8AN2E-GR" NVIDIA nForce3 250Gb Chipset Motherboard
MSI NVIDIA GeForce4 MX4000 Video Card 128MB, AGP 8x, 2D/3D w/ TV-Out
DVD Writer Dual Layer - Do not know which one yet
Seperate DVD Rom
No sound card
Possible card reader and video capture card.

Is the Antec 2600 with a 300W PSU reasonable for what I will be running? Do not do any gaming. Thanks for the help. Chad

How about the SLK3700AMB? It has more drive capacity and the 350W PSU and looks pretty sharp with black drives IMHO. Lots of photos here of the inside and outside. That drive rack can take five hard drives! :Q

Just don't need that much with the SLK3700AMB. On a budget. And at most, will run 2 HD's. Will probably purchase a new 80Gig drive and run a second, much older 20Gig HD for backup purposes. Thanks. Chad

I would second the SLK3700AMB (I have it--it's a great case), but you seem against it (though it is only 99 cents more than the SLK1650B). The 1650B has the 350W PSU and 120mm fan, but it will be cramped in there. The 2600 has more room, but even with an Antec quality PSU I would be hesitant to run just a 300W supply on a modern system.

If you're not like totally extreme, just go with a $40 one from newegg - been working for me for two years just fine...

If it's between those 2 models, get this one...it's black & has a 350w ps & best of all, they're offering free shipping on it now...that'll save ya $15 or so.
