need help choosing amd cpu

I haven't had an amd since my barton and I need some help choosing an amd cpu. I'm looking for the best value in the Athlon II X2 or X4 line. I don't think I need Phenom. And I'm pretty sure a dual core should work just fine. Primarily will be used for office work. Average usage is like 3-4 Word documents, 3-4 pdf documents, 2 Excel workbooks, firefox with 6-10 tabs, itunes, and outlook.

I've been looking at the 2xx models. But Dell and HP sell some with 'e' and I have no idea what that means.

My recommendation is either http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...-903-_-Product (X2 250 retail) or even the Sempron 140 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produ...3698&cm_re=sempron_140-_-19-103-698-_-Product, which can unlock to a dual core. Are you building yourself or having someone make the machine for you?

The "e" designation indicate a lower power, lesser performing chip. Its marketed as more environmentally friendly, but the end result is less performance.

I will buy from dell or hp since this is for work computer. I noticed on Dell's site that it has listed some amd cpu called "B22". I tried looking on amd's site and could find no such cpu. would you have any idea what that is? thanks

The 'B' is for "Business". I'm not sure exactly what the advantages are, probably just tested better for stability.
