Need help choosing a motherboard and cpu

I have locked down most of my pc build i need help choosing a mother board.

Im also wondering between i5-3570 vs i5-4670. I was they are same price i was going go for 4670 because its newer but i actually checked some comparisons in games and the 3570 actually had 2 or 3 more fps in games and its older i dont get it. Not sure honestly it was no real difference might still be better to go 4670 since it will be maybe slightly faster in general usage of my pc.

Also for motherboard i dont need a fancy one i want all normal plug ins and hdmi but i dont plan to over clock my cpu.

If you are price conscious and also want good performance, good sound and energy effeciency i suggest you check out the hifi series from Biostar for your rig. what about RAM? and a solid PSU?

Sure, why wouldn't it. If you're not overclocking, any board should work just fine.

The Biostar T series has good performance and stability for the dollar. I wouldn't have a problem recommending them to those looking to build a PC on a budget.
