Need help choosing a Hard Drive

I was looking to puchase a hard drive for a computer. My motherboard supports all those features like NCQ etc... so I was looking around on Newegg and found the Maxtor MaXLine III 7L300S0 300GB hard drive.

I was thinking about getting 2 of these and setting them up in RAID0 to give me lots of storage space since I use alot and don't feel like spending alot of money to get a 500GB hard drive.

SO:
-What do you think of it?
-Should I set them up in RAID0 or is there a different drive?
-Is NCQ really worth it?
-Will the fact that this drive is only SATA 150 slow it down at all?
-And anything else you want to add.

My motherboard (just if you needed to know) "will be" (when it comes in stock) the ASUS A8N32-SLI Deluxe.

Ncq generally improves performance.
Sata is only the interface standard. 7200rpm drives can't even max out the ata133 standard so sata150/300 gives no performance benefit over ata133.

I prefer samsungs and hitachis but I won't mind seagates if I have a good rebate.
