Need help changing file DATE (not created, accessed or modified)

I need to find a way to change the DATE stamp on some photo files. I've found many programs that will change the DATE CREATED, DATE ACCESSED and DATE MODIFIED...but none that will change the DATE stamp.

We just returned from a trip where several people were shooting photos. One of the cameras didn't have the correct date set and this wasn't caught until several days into the trip. If I can't find a way to change the DATE stamp on that camera's files then it will be a real pain to have all photos flow chronologically together from all of the cameras.
