I'm using WinXP. Everything was working fine untill I installed Easy CD Creator 5.0 Platinium and the winxp update. After I restarted, WinXP could not detect my CDROM or burner. I tried uninstalling EZCD but it didn't fix the problem. I tried uninstalling the cdrom and burner and reinstalling it but when I reinstall it, it says "Windows cannot start this hardware device because its configuration information (in the registry) is incomplete or damaged. (Code 19)"
So what should I do? I really don't want to reinstall WinXP. Thanks for any help.
