Need Help - can't find Socket A mATX mobo with 400FSB. 400 DDR, and mulitplier adjustment...

Looking for mATX mobos to stick in a Antec Aria case. Can't seem to find one that has everything I need -

400FSB
400 Memory compatible
Multiplier adjustment.

I'd LOVE to find one with the nForce2 Ultra 400 chipset but no dice. Chaintech makes one with that chipset, but with no multiplier control. Barf.

The only one I DID find with all that is an ASrock Sis 741 based mobo.
It gets good reviews, but I would like to know if anyone has had any experience with it. Thanks...
