Need Help, Can't Connect to Visionnet ES200 Modem =/

Well,
For some reason, I can't connect to my frijickin modem. Story starts out I wanted to open some ports so I could do some file swapping with a friend via FTP. I can only open up 20 ports and when I call for customer support(who were complete narbs) told me to put the comp in DMZ. I did and now I can't connect to my modem. THe internet works fine, etc etc but whenever I try to connect to it(10.0.0.2) now it tells me the page cannot be displayed

if you were wanting to open ports for FTP your port of 6881 (from the OT post) is way off.
thats bittorrent, if memory serves me correctly.
but anyways...
try to reset the modem i guess
