I've got an idea about what my BMR is and now I'm interested in knowing how many calories the activities I do each day are using.

I walk anywhere between 2-3 hours a day for a total of 3-5 miles a day. I walk around the university campus a lot at my job - usually 3 or 4 trips that take around 30 minutes each.

I'm doing about 20-30 minutes of additional cardio on the stationary bike 2 days a week and weight lifting for about 1 hour, 2 days a week.

This is what my average day is like.

Are there websites that can give estimations on how much certain activities require?

Activities don't "use" calories; activities burn calories. When you're active, you're literally excreting the energy that you took in via food and drink.

Just a thought. If you are worried about whether you are burning off all the calories you are taking in you are probably already overweight and know you are eating too damn much.

You can either ingest fewer calories or burn off more. Pretty simple concept.

Have a nice day. :)
