need help calculating a monthly payment for a home !!!!

i am trying to make an excel graph for a paper on renting vs buying and i need to make a graph and can't think of a simple one

anyone got a good idea as to what kinda graph i could use for a comparison ???

any help would be appreciated

well i guess i should have been a little more specific...i need a formula so i can plug it into excel, i am not that great with math so i don't know what i need to put in for the expression to gain a decient graph...

anyone got an idea ???

or even a better idea for a graph...i am really looking for something to compare to renting and right now my brain is all locked up
