Try EVGA for the graphics card as they've got a good step-up program.

Personally I'd suggest Seagate or WD for hard drives.

GET A GOOD NAME PSU. This is very important. Go for something like a Seasonic 400W (it should be more than enough), don't skimp on PSU or you could be left with a fancy new PC that doesn't even boot.

Get a better cooler. The E4300 can be overclocked to 3Ghz but you really, really should have a better cooler. The Zalman 9700 or Tuniq Tower are good suggestions but I'd personally have an aftermarket cooler on it even if I weren't overclocking.

Someone else can advise on DVD burners but I've had an LG and no problems with it.

Unfortunately I can't find the good power supply name just ACbell, Aopen. Also I choose the silent storm case because it has 3 12x12 fan for the better cooling so I think I don't need aftermarket cooling.

Case fans are not going to make up for a lacklustre CPU cooler. Trust me.

Where are you buying this? Do they not have Seasonic, OCZ, Corsair PSUs?

They OCZ is of much better quality and this is why it costs more. We also have excellent support if you ever need it. Having a poor quality power supply can cause many problems with system stabilty and even damage your components. If it fails, getting a replacement may be difficult as well.

This would be like putting a new motor in your car and then using cheap, contaminated fuel to power it.

I would get a good, name brand PSU that you can trust and wait for a new monitor, or use your old case if possible until you can afford it.

Most DVD Writers are pretty much the same. I usually pick an LG, Toshiba, Samsung or a name you recognize. At least you will get goood support.

Go for a DECENT PSU... not a no-name, underpowering system killer. A decent budget PSU would be the FAR 500W Ultra from frys.com. Just wait, it'll come around. If you can't buy from fry's, where will you be buying your parts from? I second the recommendation for eVGA. BTW, you don't need the DS3 with the multiplier of the E4300. The S3 will do just fine, and should save you some cash. Again, go with Seagate or WD for the HDD.
