Need help buying an LCD

I'm interested in getting a new monitor as the 19" DELL CRT was a huge diappointment. (Blurry, bad color bands, and fingerprints behind the glass.) It needs to be the equivalent to this 19" monitor. I wouldn't mind Widescreen but that's optional. As for the rez, I have a GeForce 4 MX 420 that most likely wont be leaving anytime soon. However this meas that Analog display ability needs to look as good as possible. I know I'll miss the 1600x1200 real estate for projects but ill live with a lower res. I never see more then 20fps in games but i would like to be able to use the monitor again when I get a new comp, so I would like good gaming performance. I think I have a budget of around $350 for this thing. Can you guys help me out?

I had noticed that monitor, but I had never heard of Viewsonic LCD's as something good for gamers. Have I just missed it?

Viewsonic LCD's are great for gaming, and at 20" you'll never beat that price to performence ratio.
