I'm building a new system and need help finding a good mobo, power supply, fan to go along with what I've already chosen... All advice is appreciated =)

Athlon XP 2500 or 2600
512MB PC3200 466MHz DDR
ATI Radeon 9600
On-board sound is ok, if another there's another good deal w/o it, i'll live with a soundblaster
LiteOn LTC-48161H 48x24x48x16 Combo CD-RW/DVD
Undecided mid-tower case.
I'd like about 4 PCI slots + the AGP for the video card
along with speakers, HD, Network card, monitor and the sort, etc...
