I would definitely go with a different video card. Will be bottleneck in most games. Would get 6800 if you can afford it, otherwise a 9800 pro/xt will be good. Everything else seems fine.

Edit: Places to look for cheap stuff: Pricewatch.com (make sure you only use reputable places, check www.resellerratings.com for who is reputable), newegg.com, zipzoomfly.com

go ahead and purchase a good case, one that is longer/deeper than it is tall ! these provide great cooling and plenty of space for todays video cards.

buy a namebrand quality power supply that will have a min of 30amps on the 12.0/5.0/3.3 volt rails {see specs}.

enermax {my case and psu} comes to mind, both case & PSUs,coolermax was the last case i purchased for the wife and a execellent case{all aluminium},thermaltake have some nice cases and are now making what looks like good PSUs although i have no direct exp with either,i dont think you can get a Good PSU under $50.00 most likely $75-$125 for what you will need, cases will fall around that same $ amount.
