Need help building good linux system with beowulf setup on it

I think the title says it all building beowulf systems, need the right hardware for it.
Since i am not realy sure whats compatible or not i need help.

I'd grab a bunch (~32) of PenguinComputing's 1U servers and make a cluster out of them.
 
not realy i know it has to do with clustering and i know a little about that. but i would say that i am pretty much lost. someone advised my company as a good company to do this. 20 systems and setup beowul homogeneous cluster network with them and i was the lucky one to get this project. so i have to figure out wtf it is and how to do it by monday. so if you have any advises i would more then happy to know. oh yeah i cant buy systems from someone else i have to order parts and make our builder guys here build up the systems but i need to know what to put in them.
