Discussion Need help because as a retired IT professional, of course I know how to do it and ended up hanging myself

Seasoned IT professional for 40 years and ran dozens of forums and admined for dozens more so of course I know the rules.
I have been on Anandtech a long time on the account quietdad associated with the email address rreckel@optonline.net. I'm going though mt things and went to transfer my account to yahoo and/or gmail but instead of changing my profile, I decide to create the account new with the email quietdad@yahoo.com and ended up with an IP ban for a duplicate account. I cannot log off on one of my browsers or get anywhere to fix it.
This is all my senior mind sticking a screwdriver in a live electrical socket because, of course I know what I'm doing.
Is it possible to eliminate and quietdad accounts associated with quietdad@gmail.com or quietdad@yahoo.com and lift the ban associated with rreckel@optonline.net? I take FULL responsibility in getting myself in this predicament and just humbly ask for forgiveness and help getting it back.

I'm not really sure what you're looking for. There is no account associated with quietdad@gmail.com. There is no ban associated with rreckel@optonline.net.
