Need help BADLY!

My computer has been running great ever since I built it, but recently a strange file showed up in My Music folder (windows XP professional). It is a VBScript file called "Vinca". When I right-click on it, it has no properties or anything, the only options are "Open, edit, open w/command prompt, print, open with..., and send to -->. None of these options do anything except Edit, which brings up a blank notepad file. Now the STRANGEST part is that Outlook Express Mail files keep appearing in EACH folder in My Documents! When I delete them, they just come back! I changed some options in Outlook Express, and those stopped. Now, when I try to move this "vinca" thing, those outlook express mail files show up again! This is telling me that "Vinca" appearantly spawns these things. I was trolling through regedit looking for stuff on VBScript, and I found several folders. They all appear harmless, and I noticed that one of the folders for VBScript contained the info menu that you get when you right-click on the file (the menu that shows your options such as open, edit, print, etc). Do I need to delete all traces of VBScript in regedit? Is this a virus? If you need screenshots I can provide them in a minute. Thanks in advance for any help!

Update: I have run 3 different virus programs, and none of them found anything. I even tried to manually quarantine the file, but it wouldn't budge. Any advice? Or shall I reformat my drive?

boot up with a DOS Boot Disk and delete the file through DOS. It will let you do it then.
