Hi All,
I'm running into a problem regarding to WinME and a DOS (Accounting) program that my office currently use.
The DOS program works flawlessly in Win98, Win98SE, and even WinXP. But just not in WinME.
When I tried to run the DOS program in WinME, the initial load up was OK, but it fails when I tried to access the files and this message popped up:
"TOO MUCH FILES OPENED"
What could be the problem regarding to this error message? I'm positively sure that the same files will open in other OS. So the possibility that my DOS program fail is not possible.
Also, please let me know if you need more infomation.
My guess is I did not assign enough memery space for the DOS program? But I didn't have to do any extra step for the DOS in other OS.
Please help me out!
