Go get WinZip or some other unzipping program. Most of them work the same as Norton's. Hope this helps.

In my opinion Winzip 8.0 is the best FREE file unzipper on the market Just my opinion.

Win Me his its own built in Win Zip, it just recognises the files as 'Compressed Files'. The Extrating in OK, but Compressing takes an age.

He's asking how to unzip a bunch of zipfiles at once. WinZip only does one at a time, which is a ROYAL PAIN IN THE ASS. Pkzip for DOS (or command line) is by far the best. And fastest. And simplest.

konichiwa: With WinZip, you highlight a bunch of the files in
windows explorer, and you press "Enter"...and it will
bring up a bunch of winzip screens...then you go on from
there...

download PKunzip, copy it to the directory that has your .ZIP files, and type PKUNZIP *.zip

Yeah, but think this:

Copy all the zip files to the pkzip directory.

C:\pkzip\pkunzip *.zip -o -d

poof.
