Need help at work!

A client is using our Online site to pull reports in either Adobe or web browser or CSV format. When they try and use any one of these formats the get an error page. At the top of IE it says:

webFOCUS message [42]: no eda html output

then in the body of IE it has the message:

No HTML Output!

then below this it shows the message:

0 Error at or near line 2 In Procedure _tmupcomFOCEXEC *
(FOC295) a Value is missing for: T

Any one ever seen this before? It looks be generating from WebFOCUS? I googled the first message and can't find anything. Help is appreciated!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thanks!

thanks bruceb, was there earlier. I normally do not work with this site of ours so I am not familiar with it. Turns out that we use this program and the client after assuring us they didn't have any popup blockers on actually had several still on. Case closed. Thanks for the HElp!
