Need Help ASAP

My PSU just died (computer buzzed for 1/2 a second and then wouldn't turn on at all. I took out the PSU; corsair tx650w and tried the paper clip method without any resolve)

I need a good PSU to replace it, preferably a 850watt.

Would this be good since it's at the Best Buy close to me?

I think I'm going to upgrade my Sandy Bridge to Haswell and put in a 280x instead of my old 560ti.

620w is enough for any single gpu setup provided you don't water cool and go crazy on the volts. However the m12ii 620, while a good unit, is based on an older design (group regulated design) and it's "only" 80+bronze, so I'd recommend seasonic g650 instead

Edit: is your tx650 not under warranty?

Purchased Newegg on 9/21/10

So I guess it should be, but idk how long it takes get a new one from Corsair seeing as how all of my school work is on my PC...I need it ASAP
