Iam in charge of giving about 2,000 people pool passes for my association where i live .

They want to get some kind of system that is digital and will print them very easy , needs to have a picture on it . They currently just use the poloriod mehtod with doesnt last long and turns very crappy after a while .


I need Everyones help cause i need to have 5 different options they can use by 6pm central time tonight .


Should have the cost in the 2-3 k range . Under of course is a plus .


Also would be nice if they could use this digital camera for other picture purpose . so being moblie also is a plus !!!
 
I'm not sure how my university does it, but if you can find out how colleges and universities ID systems work, you can use that. All I know is that they have a record of a student, and they use a digital camcorder to take a picture of the student. You can then search for the student under their social security number and it will bring it up with the photo and the information that you want to display. Hope this helps, and good luck.
