Need Help ASAP, Sony TRV-320(camcorder) Quesiton

Does anyone have one of these beasts?? Ok here's the question i want to transfer pictures from the mem stick to the PC. How would i go about doing so??

You can get a reader with software. Just plug in the stick and it shows up as a drive. Funny, I just bought that same camcorder this weekend. It does have a serial cable and software, should be able to download right off the camera with the sofware installed. A bit slow though. I'm wondering how to playback on my pc.
