NEED HELP ASAP - Replacing the Monitor Cable END??

I got a older monitor from 1991 and it's end (the part that would connect to the puter) got ripped off... (brother was unhooking it from dreamcast and all of it came off except a couple)

I can't just replace the whole cable because since it's older one of the ends is built into the monitor so can I fix this somehow (re-sauder it on) or something??
